Submission Process

Effective 31 August 2020 - Updated IBC Forms

Please be advised that as of the 31st of August 2020, there are updated versions of IBC Forms.

The IBC will allow a 2-month transition period to accommodate for researchers who are in the process of submitting their new projects. As of the 31st of October 2020, the old application forms will not be accepted. Use of these outdated forms will result in withdrawal of the submission. The researcher will be advised to complete their submission on the new form.

The updated version number and date of these forms are:

  • IBC Exempt Dealing Application v1.3, 10 August 2020
  • IBC NLRD Application v1.4, 29 August 2020

Please contact the IBC Secretary on (03) 9496 4099 or aec.ethics@austin.org.au for any enquiries.
