Our early graduate support program
Join the team as a recent graduate and feel supported in your transition to professional. The literature and Austin Health acknowledge that transitioning to an early career professional can be a challenging time.
The early graduate support program is designed to:
- support your wellbeing as a health professional
- introduce you to development opportunities within Austin Health
- build relationships with other early graduates both within your discipline and interprofessionally.
This program is supported by our department leads and recent graduates are automatically enrolled. The program is run each year from March to July.
