If you are involved in a clinical incident a Riskman will be entered in by the ward staff.

Please contact the Placement Coordinator if this occurs. The coordinator will follow up the Riskman and send a de-identified version to the education provider if required.

If you become unwell at work

If you become unwell at work and an emergency response is called, you are required to attend the Austin Health Emergency Department as per Austin Health policy. If you are at at the Repatriation or Royal Talbot campus this will require ambulance transfer.
