Yesterday we went live with some significant changes to our website.
For the last seven months, we have been working on a web improvement project to ensure content on our website is more accessible and easier to understand. This results in a much better user experience for our most important audience – our patients and visitors.
We're excited to share that we have updated:
- Our homepage
- About us
- Patients & visitors
- Clinics & services (formerly Departments)
- Contact
- Locations
- Maps
Changes were based on the results of consumer engagement, as well as following website best practice - we started the project with an online survey of 168 of our web users, and 6 face-to-face interviews of patients in Specialist Clinics and surgery.
We will soon begin work to improve other areas of the website, including the Careers, Research, Education and Support us sections. We’ll also be adding a lot of our patient information flyers to the website.
