Your review appointment will be held at our COVID-19 screening clinic.

How to get there

• Enter screening clinic car park which is off Burgundy Street.
• A security guard will stop you at the gate to check you are attending the clinic. Please do not wind your window down; they will be expecting you.
• Park in one of the car parks provided.
• Please call the nurse to let them know you have arrived. The mobile number was included in the text message we sent to you.
• Wait inside the car until the nurse comes to get you.

You must

• Keep your mask on at all times.
• Use hand sanitiser as you enter and exit the hospital.
• Allow 1.5 of distance between yourself and others at all times.
