About us

The Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) has extensive experience in aged and community care.

We provide assessment to older people who could benefit from accessing a range of services to support independence, or from receiving supports in a residential care setting.

Our services

We provide the following services:

• Assessing your eligibility for Commonwealth Programs including Aged Care Packages and Residential Aged Care Services
• Providing information and referrals to other aged care, health and community support services as appropriate

Related services

• Transition care

  We care for and support people who have been in hospital recently, and need extra time or supports to improve their function before going home, or moving into residential care for the first time.
